Meet

Annie!!

One of Annie’s first memories is of singing with her parents on car trips at 3 years old. Her favorite "toy" was a tiny "Emennee" electric organ that she got when she was 5 years old. Her absolute favorite hobby is music. Her favorite aspect of music is harmony. Annie has been singing with Freddie and the Maybellines since their inception, which was February of 1988 . Before that, she and fellow Maybelline Sheila Smith were in a 7-piece band called Silversmith for about 3 years, for which they all wrote the music and lyrics, and Annie played synth as well as doing vocals. Annie has also sung and/or played in duos and trios over the years, and had several leading roles in local musicals. When she is not singing with the band she works as a medical transcriber, and helps her husband with his estate sales business, Stem to Stern. Some of Annie’s favorite things are using her computer, watching movies, (especially sappy or funny ones), traveling (especially to warm places), power-walking, dancing, and going to parties as well as hosting them.
